Maybe because it was night when he made that post? Can't really expect him to have available screenies for any situation lol

hold down on the d-pad and press right stick down to zoom out. this will get your cursor over your head
this may work for you but for me all I saw was a gigantic cursor and it distracted me from my character or enemies and it wasn't very Immersive.
so I took the pov down it all the way and it was much better for me, my character is shown nicely and I can aim at enemies with ease in both pvp and pve.
