PC vs Xbox/PS4

First of all it appears that PC have it best at the moment. Theres only a few things I've noticed that PC have had or have got that Consoles dont.

1. PC has add ons to view Skyshards and Lorebook - Consoles dont - If this is coming in I hope it isnt in the Crown Store - Why should consoles pay for it when PCs dont.
2. PC Beta Players get a monkey pet when on Console. What do Console Beta players get? Nothing as far as I'm aware.
3. PC players also get other mounts that were limited edition on PC and can have them on Console - So far PC are able to distinguish themselves from the rest of us with better mounts etc.

I would like to know why this is acceptable when PC already think they are superior in every way shape and form, and why ESO/ZoS are encouraging and supporting this.

Yes this is a moan and I'm sorry but this has been pent up over other things as well from other games.

Please share your thoughts even if you disagree or I'm wrong.

PC doesn't have everything. You have the better controllers for the game from the PC complaint posts I've seen.

Look on the bright side.....At least we both have the same PVP LAGGGGGGG......

Your gripes are ridiculous. Consoles aren't getting add-ons. Many people bought this on console just so that there wouldn't be any add-ons. Also, dude, it's a monkey. Waaaaaaa.

I know its a monkey. The point is they are rewarded for the exact same thing Console Beta players did and we have nothing to show for it. I know PC don't have everything but they seem to have a hell of a lot more.

Consoles are getting add ons. The devs said on live chat we be getting ways to see what our stats are with and without buffs, how much damage we are doing etc.

As far as the rest. PC is console's test ground. See they get those but we got a better product and faster dlc development

They have superior hardware to us, and have had the game a far lot longer. And have gone through a far lot more crap.

We are the new kids on the block. So chill.

I have to admit I forgot they've had the game longer. But still they are able to transfer over their limited edition mounts that wont be coming back, I have issues where i need to get limited edition because it bothers me if i miss it and i know it wont be coming back.

I just want the Senche Tiger mount to come to the consoles.

Sure, it's an "A-typical" tiger, but I like the look.

Or a Dire Wolf... that would be awesome.

But I don't really regret/begrudge the PC players for the things they get that Console players don't. The game has been out for a year longer on PC, there's bound to be things released for the PC that wouldn't necessarily be available on my One.

Besides; once I heard that Consoles would also be getting the ability to "preview" stat changes for ability/gear buffs/debuffs, I was alright.

If I couldn't have Addons I probably wouldn't play ESO. It's not that I don't like the game that much, but I hate the vanilla UI that much.

If I only had voice chat I'd probably not play either.

If the average age of my userbase was 13 I'd probably not play either.

PC for me.

Agree, having owned both - add on's make the game much better for me. That's all the community though.. They do such great work to create some superb add on's.

Very true. Have donated to each of the authors to show my support. They make the game playable for me!

1. Add-ons aren't made by ZOS so unless ZOS starts a program to either buy or open up a console cert process for add-ons those developments will remain with those who make such outside of ZOS. Perhaps the question to ZOS is if they want to adapt any existing add-ons into the base game for all platforms.

2. PC Beta Players get a monkey pet when on Console. This only applies to PC to console transfers and considering the monthly sub cost, etc those of us who did buy, sub and play BETA and later pay for console, we should at least keep the pets right?

-There are some that were only available to those who subbed on PC...I'm sure ZOS would like to offer certain items in the crown store for $200+ but that doesn't make sense. The other mounts were the same or as expensive as whats been offered to date on console. They have said that some will be available at a later date. Maybe a holiday offering is upon us soon.

I'm on console but by all means, anyone was able to play on PC and later transfer over who qualified but we had to pay a sub for a game that for months was bugged and without all the content that launched largely bug free on console.

Careful what you complain about.
