✭✭It is a mix of PvP and PvE. How most see it is that it is a PvE DLC with all the new quest dungeons and stuff with the high risk of PvP hitting you in the face at any moment and the rewards of PvP with new powerful gear.
So it's a yes and no to both it being PvP and PvE. -

Yeah,I got crucified the moment I got to IC on the PTS.lol. And I went in as a V16 to see what it was like.Couldnt get through the front gates. XD
What I was wondering is if the next DLC after IC there might actually be a new zone for everyone.Like the faction places.Not like say Cyrodiil.I was just hoping is all. :} -

It is a mix yes, but rich has already said that it is designed for pvp players because it is our turn to finally have something after 1 year+ of nothing new, nothing being fixed, nothing nothing nothing lol He went on further to say if pvp is not your thing to avoid this dlc all together. I laughed so hard at that part, guy has some balls thats for sure, mad respect for him
