Guild Leaderboards? Guild Medals?

I've had my own guild now for a while and I've progressively noticed how pointless guilds are at the moment. You recruit members for what? A store? is that really worth recruiting 100's of people for?. I reckon if a guild leaderboard was implemented it would really bring a purpose to owning/being a member of a guild. The way it would work is that the more people you play with in your guild while doing certain activities ie. PvP, delves or dungeons the more (Guild Points) you would obtain as a guild. At the end of a certain time limit the top 10 guilds get some sort of a prize distributed to the most supporting members of each guild and the guild would earn some sort of a medal to show off next to the name. Which brings me to my next topic

Guild Medals
Another thing that should be implemented is some sort of a guild challenge system that allows members of a guild to do certain challenges in order to get medals.
The medals would be used as a way of letting people know how active they are and wether they want to join or not based on the amount of medals they have based in PvP or PvE.

They should also add in a way to inspect a guild as when you are invited it doesn't give you any information about the guild other than its name, it would make it a lot easier to do guild based things.

These ideas would make guilds a much more social and active thing and would really bring a lot of meaning to being in a guild.
