Area Chat Moderation

Can you please have a GM come to the Elden Root bank like once a day for a week for 20 minutes during primetime to help reign in area chat please? It's completely out of control and reporting via xbox seems to do nothing and is incredibly cumbersome to accomplish. Once people start getting banned I feel people will start to tone things down.

If you mean people swearing, it a popular pastime everywhere, seems like every trade hub I go to has effing and blinding. When I can I only go to the hubs to bank, I sell to the wandering merchants and crafting in those specialty locations.

I saw(and heard) 2 guys in Elden Root acting like they where doing the deed and other stuff. Saying some things that I would never want my children to hear.I am of course never offended by these people. I am sure they are at a lower maturity level. Most of these people are kids just seeing how far they can push the limits because this is what children do.

Best advice is come in to hub with chat on. Hear something you like, volume down or leave chat. easy enough for me. Most of the time I just turn it down a little so it is just background noise and ignore it. I only listen when I am selling or buying something.


Also:
Stop feeding the trolls! There are signs every where!
A troll is fed when you acknowledge them in any fashion. Please stop doing it.
