Anyway, @Te0zBoovii what Virgin Media hub are you using? SH, SH2, SH2ac?

SH2
I have been thrown off 6 times in the last hour.
It happens within 5 10 mins of me logging back in, doesn't seem to be any consistency in what I am doing either. Starting to get really tiresome, especially the lack of concern shown by customer support.

Suppose I take the view that I have had enough of this nonsense, unsub, delete ESO & not play again. Suppose I tell others about this on social media sites.
Now, if this IS VM's fault and not ZOS' at all and a whole bunch of subscribers and players did what I supposed above, would it not then become of at least some concern to ZOS about players leaving ESO under the wrong circumstances?
A lot of people are shouting at ZOS to do something about this problem. There is nothing but silence from them. If this is not their problem than maybe you can understand that silence. But if ZOS are losing customers to this problem and they KNOW it is not their fault, would that not become a concern for them? I mean a concern that would waken them up and at least react positively.
Regardless of whose fault this disconnection problem is, it isn't geting better, it isn't going to go away and more and more of us are commenting adversely about it.
The time is coming when the adverse commentary will cease because the players won't be there. They will likely play some other rival company's game and not look back.
Now there's a concern.

I fully understand - however Im not on VM, Im in Texas on Comcast, not issue with any other online game. I have rebooted everything, cleared cache, even did a fresh brand new install, but I still get long load that at times DC, my Client crashes, and at times it is hard to do battles as skills lag so bad.
I have tried and tried to talk to CS but I keep getting the same response, recycle my router, reboot console, try another ISP, make my router a DMZ zone.
I've gotten to the point it is useless to continue to communicate to the CS tickets as they just keep repeating everything. They tell me not everyone is having the same issues, however when I read the forum, ALOT of us are on both the EU and NA server.
I feel like they got their money, us the player no longer matter, But WE do, Without us Players, There is NO game
