Having trouble with running the game lately

The Problem
As the title says, I have been having trouble running the game. If it stays on for more than 3 hours, it starts to lag a lot and then eventually crash. I know it isn't my computer because I can run Witcher 3 at ultra settings and not have a single issue for a whole day (really demanding unlike this game). Ever since T.U. I have had issues like this with the game, and I'm getting kinda tired of having to reboot every time I play for more than 2 hours. I've lowered settings to see if that helps, but it doesn't. My GPU is up to date and I optimized it for ESO.
