When did delves have a map change? (Console)

I'm currently collecting all Skyshards and I've noticed that the delve maps on Dulfy were pretty outdated. The delve maps on there do not look like the ones on PS4.

Console delve maps never 'changed'. You are looking at old versions of the PC game's maps. You have to reality check some of the websites you see and make sure they refer to ESO:TU as opposed to the original release.

Originally all delves were smaller. Then they started upgrading them somewhere last fall, a short time after release... first coldharbour, then the fifth alliance map, then more... by the time of the console release, most had been upgraded I think. Thus there are some outdated maps flaoting around...

Though really, who needs to look up delves maps? Thuse things are so easy to clear... not like any of them have places to hide the skyshard, or anything else... now, cyrodil delves, where you need to find several bosses to clear the place, and some of which you may have to wait for to spawn... (not to mention at least one which sneakily hid the second buss down a whirlpool)... there I can see the usefulness of looking up maps (though frankly, I find it more fun to try and figure out things on your own... I only ever looked up one when I really got desperate finding the last boss spawn point...)
