Undaunted Gold Keys - When to use them?

Honestly, I don't see them raising the VR cap at all for Orisinium. From an experience point & leveling perspective when you finish Cadwell's Gold you maybe be around VR10~12 depending on if you done everything in each zone prior or not.

However, they're also going to be reducing the exp. per rank from 1M to 850K; newer players will be leveling up through these ranks slightly quicker and will have Orisinium as a post-Cadwell's Gold option for more experience points without grinding mobs.

Also, with the new VR exp. values you'll probably be around VR12~14 at the end of Cadwell's Gold if you have done all there is in each zone prior. This is how I see it anyway!

Last thing I saw on one os the eso live shows they directly said that all dungeons & the loot will scale to V16.... haven't seen anything to say monster helms/shoulders etc wont scale above V14.

They mentioned only a couple pvp sets were updated to v16, dungeon sets would remain the same (ie Wormcult, Ebon etc). From my understanding only normal loot will be scaled up to v16 but its possible monster sets will also be scaled up.

Is there anyone on PTS who has obtained an old monster set item at v16?
