I forgot on which day I subscribed to ESO+ so I have no idea when it will renew itself. I don't want to wait too long (because limited senche is limited) but I don't want to end up buying crowns that I did not need to buy.

What you can also do is check your emails for the confirmation email you received when setting up your ESO Plus membership, that should give you an idea when it will renew, just to make sure you can catch the Senche before the offer ends.
