    I might suggest downloading PTS and playing for yourself ... so you can be ahead of the rest of the pack when the update comes out.

    A little.

    Radiant Destruction:
    - Damage reduced (by 10%?)
    - Can't crit any more
    - currently can't be blocked
    - my testing showed the animation is 10 % slower compared to live

    Eclipse:
    - Only one target can be affected at a time now
    - Still seems to bug out when paired with DK reflect, granting them lightning speed

    Some abilities are currently suffering from double PvP-debuffs (Blazing Shield, Radiant Glory, Puncturing Sweep).

    None of the Templar issues have been adressed for quite a while. Perhaps the double nerfed abilities in PvP will get fixed as it also affects other classes, apart from that you can't expect any more fixes for a while.
    Templars are perfectly fine after all, I heard from our community representative.

    From what I tested:

    Magika templar in pvp : have the upper hand with the downgrade of DKs especially. Nerfs doesnt seems so bad if you make the right choices. I would think they are going to be strong.

    Stam templar pvp : not as bad as I had anticipated although no noticable buffs. Still for some reason I feel much more in control of fights with the DK stam. Maybe its just me who prefers wrecking blow over jabs or the ults.

    Stam templar in pve : still good, except new dungeon fight not being melee friendly that whole much. Still again, feel more in control with the DK even though dps is slightly lower depending on situations.

    Tank templar in pve : had great results so far although its weaknesses are still the same: aoe tanking. As far as the stam block nerf, it was managable with spears and repentance. You can off heal which is extremely handy in vet versions of new dungeons. Compared to the DK, templar had easier times vs bosses and supported the grp more. In thrash, it was painful as a templar vs a DK due to lack of aoe cc. Caltrops isnt grabbing aggro as well anymore and costs too much. Feel like NB tanks are better than templars in that department. Note that it was tested in vet white gold tower.

    Templar healers: no competition still. New sets are there for some diversity.

    We are getting nerfed as a class, but overall meta changes upped the survivability of all classes equally. With longer TTK templar is stronger overall, but again, our abilities are getting another round of nerfs.

    I got a Magic DK only chat I got atm thought, but not sure if it's worth making a Templar than.

    I won't go into the exact changes since people above are doing that, but this is basically where we will stand.

    - In PVE we will be mostly the same, except our magicka dps builds are probably going to hurting from the nerfs and the bugs created from the nerfs to RD. Basically, RD is going to end up getted nerfed and bugged every patch until it does no damage due to PvP whining, so PVE dps will be harder.

    -In PvP, we will be mostly okay, but having Blazing Shield destroyed because Hardened Ward was OP is going to sting. While not Templar specific changes, the fix to Nirnhoned and fix to armor pen will benefit us greatly.

    Always played my templar magika with lots of sustain/survivability a bit like old sword n board Magik DKs back in 1.5.

    I feel templar has more magika sustain than DKs. Would only lose to them if I was vamp. We have an OP range execute which makes all other classes drool or rage. Just prox det entropy, topple charge, jabs or dawnbreaker, jesus beam, /sweep.

    Always have the option of run a full healer bar and a skirmish/dmg bar.
