I know you can roll dots but can you roll your own Hots say swallow souls hot i dont want to be losing heals and cant test on xbox

I'm confused by your question, OP. Are you asking if you can stack multiple hots on a target (swallow soul, sap essence, refreshing path, structured entropy) or do hots replenish if you hit a target with one while you are still receiving the initial hot? In both cases, I believe that the answer is yes.

No im asking when i have the hot from swallow soul healing me if i roll will i lose some of the ticks of health like an enemy can roll damage from a dot

You asking if you can dodge your own hot? Then the answer is no, you can can ultimate from using blur and sap essence aswell if your group members roll dodge that
