Just returned after a year. Need advice

So after exactly a year of being away from this game due to personal problems, I have returned to this game.

Can anyone give me a brief list of what important stuff I should know. The amount of information is kinda overwhelming and I don't know where to start

    1: the sub is optional.
    2: most changes are with patch 1.6 (basically the tamriel unlimited patch): http://forums.elderscrollsonline.com/en/discussion/154426/patch-notes-v1-6-5
    3: 1.6. was basically a re-release. although the basics are still the game, things like builds and stats are totally overhauled. So is the way you can grind money. My advice is to create a new character atleast up till level 30 and experience the changes that way. Don't forget to check out the figutive system by stealing, pickpocketing, killing live stock and murdering innocent npc's
