• ESO Store and Account System for maintenance – March 4, 6:00AM EST (11:00 UTC) - 4:00PM EST (21:00 UTC)
• NA megaservers for maintenance – March 5, 4:00AM EST (9:00 UTC) - 11:00AM EST (16:00 UTC)
• EU megaservers for maintenance – March 5, 9:00 UTC (4:00AM EST) - 16:00 UTC (11:00AM EST)

Is it just me...

Or has the rate of getting Frost Mirriam and Bervez Juice from Hirelings and Writs dropped? I used to get them every so often but now I am not getting them at all and it's been at least a week by now since the last time. Also for almost a week in a row now the Provisioning Writ you complete before Veteran Ranks has given me Green Recipes back to back...

Also I have yet to get the legendary improvement material for Clothing and Woodworking even once yet in the past I have collected the one from Blacksmithing a few times and have a total of 4.


So is this just my usual rotten luck or has anyone else had trouble acquiring any of this at least lately?

    My rates seem higher,like every 2-3 days, only have 2 Max provisioning crafters

    As far as legendary improvements,I rarely get them from mail,only writs 2-3 times a week max

    Had very little from hirelings. Quite a bit from crafting writs though.
