Something seriously needs to be done about these random crashes

I don't care whose end is responsible be it Sony or Zenimax I am sick and tired of these random crashes appearing out of nowhere and disrupting my gameplay to the point I even miss out on good loot. Crash error ce-34878-0 has been occuring for far too long with no progress thus far in fixing it. I am sure Sony gets millions of crash reports from various games about this yet nothing is done. It is high time the game companies and Sony work to fix this and I don't want to hear anything about "reinstalling the game" because that is no fix seeing as the error still exists.
