Level 2 Provisioning Writ not completing even though I have both items

SaltyWorley
I have a level 2 provisioning writ for Seaflower Tea and Pellitine Tomato Rice. I acquired both items from my guild store/bank and also bought a second Pellitine Tomato Rice from an NPC vendor. Neither is being recognized as being obtained for writ quest completion purpose. It's my understanding self-crafting isn't required for provisioning writs. It worked fine for the level 1 provisioning writ I turned in. I either crafted or bought Surelie Syrah Wine, but I'm positive the Fishy Sticks came via mail from a guild friend.

Why isn't the writ being recognized as completed? The only difference I can find is that the Fishy Sticks were obtained via mail whereas the Seaflower Tea/Pellitine Tomato Rice were obtained from guild bank/store and an NPC vendor. Is there some sort of bug that allows the writ to be completed via items obtained via mail but not purchased or taken from a guild bank? Has anyone completed writs with items purchased from an NPC/guild store or from a guild bank?

Are these White Items or Green? Writs won't accept the common white items you can get as loot or buy from a Vendor. Some of the players list the White items in the Guild Stores, but you need to have the Green Crafted ones.
Enjoy the game, life is what you really want to be worried about.

Only items that were "made" (not found or purchased) count towards the writ.

I thought by finding the item this would help me complete writs more quickly, however. Only the food/drink I cooked (or a friend cooked) counted.

Yeah, I just found that posted elsewhere, which explains why the one purchased from an NPC vendor didn't work. I guess the other two must have been purchased from an NPC vendor or otherwise not crafted by a player.
