Duel wielding?

GandalfLemons
So far ive had two iron daggers, and tried to duel wield them, there's even a skill entirely based on it, but I have no clue how to do it. I've done it twice but it's all been a glitch, and When I unequip the weapon, it doesn't let me use any other one handed weapons in the game, the glitch fixes itself when I use a two handed weapon but I can't duel wield again. I'm on Xbox one.

Not familiar with this at all.

I'm on Xbox One as well. Equip your dagger or other one handed weapon via the "Main Hand" inventory slot. After doing that, your second one should be labeled "Off Hand". That's where you equip the other. If it's not working, it means you're doing something in an incorrect order.

The dual wield is a bit misleading, as you're actually wielding a single weapon while holding another. When you press LT for the main, the second weapon will auto attack. You can't control its actions like you could in Skyrim (if that's your reference). The other weapon also doesn't deal as much damage (nor utilizes its full enchantment).

Using skills changes this dynamic, as the off-hand weapon will contribute to the skill's overall DPS (such as Rapid Strikes).

Unlike Skyrim, you can block using dual wielding.

Just be sure both your main hand and off hand has a weapon slotted. The weapons do not need to be the same.
