There are plenty "sexy pixels" mods for offline rpgs and plenty of other MMO's that do fanservice.

I mean pixel nudity with out context or just for the sake of it, why on Earth is that "mature" to some?

Exactly, it's pretty mind blowing. People seem to be completely comfortable with showing gratuitous violence and hearing foul language, but show some boobs and people lose their minds.

If I may misquote "Mistah J": If, tomorrow, they tell us that, like, a murder will be committed as your entry quest into the dark brotherhood, or a shipload of innocent NPCs will get slaughtered in pursuit of an achievement, nobody panics, because it's all "part of the plan".
