nirn changes and crafting economics

On the PS4 I am a master balcksmith and clothier and spend about 25% of my online time making armor for people. People contact me in game every day to make the nice gear that is always better than what they have. I try to do this with very low markup on materials, which brings my questions because they will affcet input prices:
- when nirnhoned is changed to only buff on the item value rather than total base value, will existing items be grandfathered?
- Before the pending changes most people want light armor. During the change, will owners of light armor get the option to deconstruct their items for full reimbursement of materials?
- With the de-value of nirn equipment will the 9th trait be increased in value? Currently there are not clear value increases past researching the 6th trait, and keeping inventory of 3 pieces of 9+ items waiting to researching them is not worth the fairly lame dual mondus stone buff.

Changes like this will not be grandfathered in. Never have been.

No. It will be like anything else you decon.

We hope, 8 and 9 trait sets are meh. But, we do get new crafted sets to make so those might have more oomph to them.

There could very well be a 10th trait sometime in the future and for that reason alone, research the 9th trait today. But only you can decide if having an item researched in the background is worth it or not. Everyone expects Nirn to drop in price, so it should be cheaper to get.

Enjoy the game, life is what you really want to be worried about.
