Nightblade stamina build vs magicka?

Hi, I recently rejoined ESO and playing a nightblade. I want to use bow + dual wield. I'm wondering what to invest my points into though, or what are the best skills to take? Currently level 19, levelling up slowly but surely.
Would appreciate any help.
