Which campaign does each alliance control?

Anyone know which veteran campaign has the pact dominated in, similar to juliek? I'm about to hit vr and will have to switch campaigns.

Also, which campaign does the dominion control, for my secondary character?

Azura star is dominated by Pact. They have a big lead and get a lot of points (and emperor) by doing nightcapping. You might have to wait in a que when you want to join though since they seem to have full three bars of population 24/7.
