Fast way to join group

It seems if I check all 3 options then I can join within a min, and if I select damage it takes forever.

What's funny is often times when I have chosen all 3 options, the group already has a healer and tank. This tells me something is broken in group search.

    Also does anyone know if I need to upgrade to dwaren ingot in order to get more blacksmith jobs? Or it's repeatable if I stay on orichalcum I got?
