Can Ebonheart unlock and access Grahtwood? I'm trying to find info online about how to do it and not really finding the specifics. I want to do the achievement to get the black dye. If it's not reachable, I can just make an Aldmeri character LOL

Yes doing cadwells silver or gold will depending on the area you start from0 -

specifically, starting from Ebonheart you get there at Gold, so around VR 6 or 7 at currently leveling speeds. I started Ebonheart and am there now.
