Issue with PTS - "Reliable sources serving corrupt data"

Trying to patch the PTS right now, but it's stuck at 47%. The line above the progress bar reads:
"Reliable sources serving corrupt data 3090.35MB remaining 0.0 KB/s"
Nothing is happening. If I restart the launcher it goes up to around 700 KB/s and then drops again to 0.0 KB/s without any visible progress. Any ideas?

Edit:
- Restarting my computer does not fix this problem. I also don't have a "repair" option in the launcher.
- I had my internet connection drop this morning while the patch was downloaded. Could it be that some local file is corrupted?
