Weapon/spell crit scale for NB

Ok first off I'm sorry if this is in another post already. I've not been able to find it. I was wondering exactly how the spell and weapon crit damage scale for certain abilities. For concealed weapon, secret attack, impale. Would inner ligt increase that or just weapon crit effect it?

In the old system concealed weapon was weapon crit and impale was spell crit (as it was longer than melee range) So i can understand the confusion here.

Cw was wpn crit? I always thiught that al class skills were mag based and that surprise attack was the one chances to stam

My bad guys. Lol. Yeah surprise attack. I was busy, and writing this up on my phone. But I figured it would be based on spell crit, but like Dekka said the old system it was different. I'm mostly just trying to figure out if I put on inner light. Ultimately would I do more damage with cw. I know the max magicka would make it go up. But everything I've seen on the crit scale, you can't get a solid answer
