Curious about health stat and other post IC patch for PVP.

With both healing and damage getting a reduction with the IC patch I wondered if anyone has tested or thought of going full health as much as possible. Basically to see if you can become an annoying pain to kill.
Is there a cap soft or hard cap on max health if you include stats and armor bonus etc ?
