NPCS have no sound files when talking, weapons have no sound effects

i have been noticing that when talking to npcs they will talk like normal , but sometimes if will not play anything. same with swinging swords, there is no sound when pressing the attack button. all the other sounds are maxed on my options and my tv volume is good , connected with hbmi cable. thank you

✭✭✭✭✭try a hard reset (holding the power button until the xbox turns off....then wait 15 secs and turn it back on.)
Or..go into settings and check the sounds on the console not the game sound settings.
Be sure to align your console settings with your setup.
