Odds are, yes. ;-)
Every time I see a player tangling with a guard, one of two things usually happen:
1. The player flees for his or her life and escapes.
2. The player battles the guard for a short time, then the player dies.
Good times, I tell ya.

Mate use google and see the fast lvling spots. Some of them are viable to grind nicely. And there are ofc delves in cyrodil - especialy cracked wood.0 -

Yep. And since the console ppl will ks you, no matter what. Thanks to ZOS smart idea not implementing textchat, so none can see how much exp they get per kill. It will never stop.
So comeon, i just need the exp as much as you guys, i wanna farm cp all day all night. So there is no point for me to make the grindspots public.0 -
