Location of Character data

Does anyone know where all the Character Data is stored on the PC, particularly regarding the Social/Interface settings? I'm having an issue with my Chat window, but only on 2 of my 4 characters. I've tried completely reinstalling the Client and also moving the C:\Users\xxxxxl\Documents\Elder Scrolls Online directory out of the way, so Addons are not running and the client info is reset. Is there another location that may have some bad data that I need to check/remove?

Thanks in advance.

My Documents > ESO > Live > SavedVariables

There is a generic one for character specific game settings (ZOSgame.lua or something along those lines.)

It's different form any that are named according to add-ons, etc.

You can open ,search, and modify the file with a basic text editor while the game it closed.
Just because you don't like the way something is doesn't necessarily make it wrong...

    Earn it.

IRL'ing for a while for assorted reasons, in forum, and in game.
I am neither warm, nor fuzzy...

    Hey there @Philgo68,

A majority of the game settings can be found in Documents\Elder Scrolls Online\Live\Usersettings.txt. You can edit lines within this document to change various settings, or delete it completely to reset them. If you delete it, a new Usersettings file with the default settings will be generated the next time you launch the game.
