• NA megaservers for maintenance – March 5, 4:00AM EST (9:00 UTC) - 11:00AM EST (16:00 UTC)
• EU megaservers for maintenance – March 5, 9:00 UTC (4:00AM EST) - 16:00 UTC (11:00AM EST)
• ESO Store and Account System for maintenance – March 6, 6:00AM EST (11:00 UTC) - 4:00PM EST (21:00 UTC)

There is no incentive to explore when every container is empty 90% of the time.

Solution? Instanced containers. It's a single player game already, so why is this the one thing everyone shares?

Like an idiot I decided to support the developers and buy the epic motifs, figuring I could easily find the materials as I quested in Caldwell's Silver. After 3 days of nothing I checked the guild traders and saw stack after impossibly huge stack of Daedra Hearts, Palladium and Copper and realized I don't have the time or commitment to compete with the farmers.

    They are already instanced.
    DK Stamina DPS
    DK Magicka DPS
    DK Tank
    Templar Healer
    Sorcerer Stamina DPS
    Nightblade Magicka DPS
    Nightblade Stamina DPS

    You get more of those drops as you progress in level.
    I find a lot of daedra hearts around VR 10-12.

    I've got 40 daedra hearts. None were farmed. They dropped in Cold Harbor & another zone (escapes my mind which one), from quests & delves. Some came from npc's & others from urns etc.

    From my experience...

    Items out in the open, like items on top of a table, or on the floor, are "first come - first served".
    Items in containers are instanced.
    EQUALIZE ALL PLATFORMS!
    IF ONE HAS IT...ALL SHOULD HAVE IT!    !
