Lua is reaching its memory limit. You should consider disabling some addons and reloading the UI.
I AM ON CONSOLE! I HAVE NO ADDONS?!?!?!?!

I'm starting to get that error too.
Error 318 results and kicks to title screen sometimes too, with similar message.
Something in the recent "fix" is causing excess server messaging.

Hello
@Brightxdawn
,
@BoozeKashi
,
We are aware that some players may encounter a UI error while playing the game. You can resolve this by deleting the local Save Data on your consoles.
Deleting the save data will only reset your Options settings, no character data will be affected.
To delete save data on PlayStation 4:
From the PlayStation Dynamic Menu, navigate to Settings
Go to System Storage Management
In Application Saved Data, select The Elder Scrolls Online: Tamriel Unlimited
Press the [Options] button of the controller on the ESO Save Data
Select Delete
Feel free to come back if the issue still persits.

The error comes back and you have to delete your save data from time to time. Not super annoying, but seems unnecessary since our UI is limited and has no options.
It's better to be hated for who you are than to be loved for who you are not.
