Spawn Altitude Incorrect and Double Loading

Is anyone else seeing this?
I'm able to login finally (most of the time, still some lockups), but about 50% of the time I spawn in, see the room/location then immediately kicked to another loading screen for another minute or so, then it loads. Many other times, my characters spawn but the altitude is way off, spawning in mid-air at a ridiculous height then falling to his death and then respawning automatically at another way shrine. Sometimes it is spawning characters into the right location, but into the floor. Literally inside the floor, below where I should be. Not downstairs, IN the floor. When those are happening, all menus are locked up and have to hard quit the game and restart.
This just started after finally being able to login again.

I have not seen the altitude issue or spawning issue.0
