Fixed my issue, character will not delete

doesnt that delete your character? I deleted the application on my PS4 dashboard and redownloaded updates but that didnt seem to help - is this the same thing?

NDwarf✭✭✭This fix won't do anything other than have you reset your options when (if) you get on. You may of deleted the save file and got lucky getting past the login server but you'll probably crash at a wayshrine.
I've tried it on the off chance it works and nope, still staring at the loading circle at character select. Nothing to do but wait for the server maintenance reset and see if that fixes anything.0
