Having some issues...

So I'm mainly posting this to see if this is possibly something on my end. As of patch 2.0.15 I have been having random hard crashes. No problems logging in and game runs fine without any frame drops or anything, but it just seems to randomly freeze up causing me to force it to shut down. Just curious if anyone else was having the issue. Thanks for the comments.

Do you by any chance happen to have Windows 10 or an Nvidia card running drivers 353.62?

Nope, Radeon card, windows 7. I've never had this problem before the patch.

Hi, @Alondight. Have you already tried repairing the client? If not, we recommend doing so. Please let us know if repairing doesn't resolve the issue!

I have indeed repair the client. The crash is not on a consistent basis but happens every now and again at random times. I am able to play for the most part but it has crashed on me twice within a two or three hour play session.

Thanks for the additional information! Since crashing can happen for a wide variety of reasons, if the repair hasn't resolved the issue it'd be best to send you game consultant file to our Support Team so that they can take a closer look at what's going on.
