Dropping a guild with active sales at market

I want to drop a guild, but I have 30 items listed with their trader. If I drop the guild, will I lose everything in their store?

I know that I can cancel listings, but does anybody know off the top of their heads?

You're going to lose the listing fees anyway so I wouldn't take the chance (unless one item is cheap and it's worth finding out for future reference) and go ahead and cancel.
