Ok... I just recived this.

After i got a response on a ticket about not being able to load in. After saying i have used that same consol to play BL2, Destiny and a few more. The answer i got was the folloing

"If your issue continues, please refer to your console manufacturer for additional assistance."

So with this i would understand it as it is my consol that are "only" broken when i play ESO. Or do i misunderstand there answer.

If so is the answer I would say the Dev and Mod on this game and forum are everything but smart and should not be allowed to use a computer.

I do NOT understand Why they are insisting this is a Console or ISP issue. Clearly with the HUNDREDS of report spanding the entire NA server, different consoles, different ISP why they dont see it is on their end, either one or more services with the server is not communicating properly OR they have a corrupted file within the server data somewhere.

We cannot see it from the same perspective they see it from. If there are hundreds of reports of people who cannot log in and staying connected, there might be thousands of people who are not having any trouble logging in and staying connected. All we can go by is what happens to us and what people around us are saying. We hardly have the bigger picture, and they do.

This is why they have this thread. Clearly, there is something that they are looking for in the quest to understand why some people can connect while others cannot.

8/10/2015 --- AGAIN Kicked out of game on load!!!!!

I am sorry but this is POOR Customer SERVICE on ZOS part -- WE the players have done EVERYTHING you ask us - Why cant YOU do the same????

This is totally unacceptable, I also find it disgraceful and disrespectful YOU fixed the EU server log in issue but here we are on the NA server and NO ACTION!!!!!!!!!!!!

In my experience, you have to reply to them by e-mail (within 48 hours) and only on the 3rd reply will you get an actual person who actually reads your letter - the first couple responses are usually form stuff.

So keep trying to communicate!

Already have MULTIPLE TIMES - all my tickets say UNRESOLVED
