I do NOT understand Why they are insisting this is a Console or ISP issue. Clearly with the HUNDREDS of report spanding the entire NA server, different consoles, different ISP why they dont see it is on their end, either one or more services with the server is not communicating properly OR they have a corrupted file within the server data somewhere.

We cannot see it from the same perspective they see it from. If there are hundreds of reports of people who cannot log in and staying connected, there might be thousands of people who are not having any trouble logging in and staying connected. All we can go by is what happens to us and what people around us are saying. We hardly have the bigger picture, and they do.
This is why they have this thread. Clearly, there is something that they are looking for in the quest to understand why some people can connect while others cannot.
