Question regarding guest campaign

Hey guys, I want to level my alliance rank for magicka detonation . I m rank 6 currently and have joined my guest campaign. Well, i habe the feeling the ranks doesnt level at all.. Can you level alliance rank (support line and the other) in yout guest campaign AS fast AS im home?

    Afaik, there is no difference in AP gain between Guest and Home. Your alliance rank should increase with the same rate in both. The only possible difference is PvP buffs, which are "current campaign based", meaning you get home campaign buffs on home campaign and guest campaign buffs on guest campaign. Since some of these influence AP gains, a certain difference may come from that.

    You gain AP, experience as if you would have played in your home campaign. the difference at the moment is that the home campaign buff stay with you in PvE areas.
    Moons and sands shall be your guide and path.

    Yes (in theory), AP gain in your Guest Campaign is exactly the same as in your Home Campaign. The only difference is that it doesn't go towards the Leaderboards or End of Campaign Rewards.

    AP gain is like XP gain, doesn't matter where you get it, it will count towards your rank
