why can nonvet toons use champion points

It ruins nonvet pvp
as fun as it is for me to farm ap because i do more damage and noboody can kill me even if we're the same level, class, build, and skill level at the game because of champion points
i think they should make only vet characters able to use champion points

It sounds like that's coming.

There should be an option to simply turn off the CP upgrades, sort of like how Borderlands 2 lets you turn off your Badass points, if you want to. Just bring up the CP menu, press X to turn them off. Go back in, press X again to turn them back on.

The answer to "why can nonvet toons use champion points" is to make it easier to level up alts. The answer to "It ruins nonvet pvp" (it actually ruins any PvP, not just non-vet), is that ZOS are looking into campaigns where CP bonuses will be disabled.

In non-vet are starting the very beginners together with the 8th alt of a 7 VR14 account. There is no need for more advantages than personal skill (thats the main idea) and the items you can wear, craft, buy.

I agree and I think maybe vet pvp also, the CP system was introduced to early, they should have brought it in after consoles and with new content to help work them up.

Even in pve with leader boards the power gap discrepancy can be obvious, maybe after the IC goes in and emp buffs go away in pve, might help, but this whole cp thing is a bad can of worms at this point.

CP is grinded not earned and since its already been proven that on the pc people bot farmed CP no one can provr that a player didn't do that themselves even on console since people ported over from pc. As a lowbie myself i dont cry i simply dont 1v1 in pvp because of this fact and all the bot farmers out there will be the ones crying when the cp free pvp comes into play and everyone is in those games and famers will be left fighting each other alone.

They should be disabled in PvE to.

Allowing lowbies to oneshot everything, makes the game less enjoyable for whoever is trying to complete the same delve, Anchor or quest. I only have around 340 CP, but feel like complete d-bag playing lower level alts.

At least I'm considerate, like you should, being adult and all. I hold back my over-tuned dmg constantly to allow people to tag things for exp, loot and their quests. But so many guys with CP boosted alts, they dont give a crap, they just kill every living enemy in one AoE.

Point is, monster health, monster density and re-spawn times in a lower level zone, is balanced around characters with 0 CP. By allowing CP on non-VR characters, you're disturbing a lot of things.

that's ng means having to do something to get what you want not running in a circle of tigers in riften doing AoE's thats mindless to a point of you being a bot all in yourself. Thats why I said grinded not "earned"

It makes leveling acts faster
There is only one issue with cp and that is a PvP concern only

Create non cp campaigns and move on. I worked hard for my Cp and I'm a PvE player with alts

But some people don't grind it? The only cp exp i get since i hit vet 14 is from pvp or VDSA and Trials?

That said they should implement a catch up feature and raise the maximum stored inspiration to 30 days or so.

no i have them and am saying it is unfair in novet where the noobs are exclusive to

2 snipe killing level 15's might keep them from playing pvp and thats not what i want
i want the servers to always be full and champion points keep a lot of people out because of how royally they get plowed in nonvet

Because that's the way CP is supposed to work. It's account wide. Don't like it? Earn more CP. It's not hard.

That probably has more to do with your green suit of Hunding's Rage than your CP.
