Unable to zone/can't create support ticket

So I'm stuck in shadowfen, anytime I try to zone out, I get booted to the title screen, with an error message "unable to connect, make sure you have a valid internet connection". On top of that, I can't create a support ticket in the game. It just tells me it's unable to submit the ticket right now, try again later.

    I was in the same boat all day Friday and Saturday, now its Sunday and i cant connect at all.

    I can connect. But if I do anything that would require a load screen, I get booted. Plus, having no way to contact customer support in-game is pretty ***.
