OKI - i need SOME sort of help i have tried the support but i keep getting the SAME reply to contact Microsoft support but the issue i have they can not help with so here goes -

i purchased ESO Plus same day i bought my ESO for Xbox one - i received my crowns (1500) so that was fine ... so my xbox membership & ESO Plus is supposed to come out again on the 24th of July , it was slightly delayed so it did not come out for a few days later but it did eventually. It is now 09/08/2015 & i still to date have not received my 1500 crowns iv went to the support page selected - ask for help - E:Mail - account billing - Subcategory - i have a purchase issue - Platform Xbox one - & iv had the same response 3 times now that i should contact Microsoft customer support , iv done that & they told me they can not access the in-game credits of the game & this is a ESO issue , iv taken screenshots proving i have not got my crowns plus i have the transcript of the chat between me & Microsoft support to attach in an E:Mail but this has not helped with a response anyone have ANY ideas what i can next do as i am getting very frustrated with the whole situation iv payed for perks in game & have not received these perks !

    Hi Daz,

    Both me and my girlfriend are in the exact same situation. I am in the middle of a support ticket with ZOS but I do not seem to getting anywhere. I honestly find it rather disturbing that this is happening and how seemingly unhelpful ZOS are being in the situation. Just to let you know as far as I have been told Microsoft can only confirm that the payment side of things has been successful which in my case it absolutely has been. It is then down to the people that run the game and the game itself to allocate the crowns which is clearly not happening in many cases. Please can you let me know if you have any success in getting this resolved because at the moment I am not!

    I'd like to know, as well, as I haven't received mine either.

    My guildmates keep joking that that the crowns that kept appearing in my total, randomly, one the last 2.5 months since I purchased ESO+ on 6/13 are being considered as payment, even though it was a glitch on their part. The more they joke about it, the more I can't help, but feel there may be some truth behind it.

    I never have any issues with purchasing Crowns, but this whole deal with not getting my monthly allotment is frustrating, to say the least.

    I have been going round and round with support over this since the 20th of July and still have no resolution. As of today I cancelled ESO plus and I will never try it again. Support is absolutely terrible, they basically called me a liar even after I sent them screenshots of my account showing the money had been deducted. Its very sad that they have dropped the ball like this. I love the game, but I have such a sour taste in my mouth right now that I don't know if I'll be playing again.

    hey so all 3 of u know iv resolved the issue here is how i done it -

    Firstly contact them on here the same way & when they E:Mail u saying to contact Microsoft support u need to -

    REPLY to that E:Mail with the following -

    a screenshot to prove uv not received ur crowns ,(screenshot from ur xboxone & then log into ur xbox account on pc & save the picture)

    go onto xbox on pc & check ur payment history & screenshot that also

    ATTACH both these files to ur E:Mail reply to them & it should be sorted within a few days i done this & it was resolved within 3 days hope this helps !

    P.S , i ALSO attached the chat i had with Microsoft support team that also helps !

    Nice to see you managed to get yours resolved Daz. My concern going forward which would be nice if someone at ZOS could answer... Is it going to be like this every month?

    Myself, I still do not have my crowns and support are giving me the run around and that is even with the information they have requested. I have to admit, even in the gaming industry, this is the hardest I have had to work to get something I have paid for and should receieve. Its a bit of a joke to be honest!
