OKI - i need SOME sort of help i have tried the support but i keep getting the SAME reply to contact Microsoft support but the issue i have they can not help with so here goes -
i purchased ESO Plus same day i bought my ESO for Xbox one - i received my crowns (1500) so that was fine ... so my xbox membership & ESO Plus is supposed to come out again on the 24th of July , it was slightly delayed so it did not come out for a few days later but it did eventually. It is now 09/08/2015 & i still to date have not received my 1500 crowns iv went to the support page selected - ask for help - E:Mail - account billing - Subcategory - i have a purchase issue - Platform Xbox one - & iv had the same response 3 times now that i should contact Microsoft customer support , iv done that & they told me they can not access the in-game credits of the game & this is a ESO issue , iv taken screenshots proving i have not got my crowns plus i have the transcript of the chat between me & Microsoft support to attach in an E:Mail but this has not helped with a response anyone have ANY ideas what i can next do as i am getting very frustrated with the whole situation iv payed for perks in game & have not received these perks !
