Good luck, mate. Might want to read section 6 of the terms of use again, though. May be enlightening.BoozeKashi wrote: »Give me a break!!! You want to be compensated !!!!! Zen does not owe you Jack.

I certainly hope it does not come to that. I really love this game and would like to see this issue fixed and them making things right by the players for the outage and the CS failures. What will it take to make things right? That is entirely up to each individual, but there are many options that would make the majority happy.

Actually, yes they do. The cost of the game and a subscription fee. The EULA is a two-way street. If they cannot deliver what is in the contract between the End User and what is stipulated as "the game", then yes, that is a breech and they do owe.

Why yes, yes it is quite enlightening. *ESPECIALLY* that particular section. Cheers!

I would have loved to read the pre-edited comments - lol.
As many have said, ZoS does not owe anybody anything with these outages according to the EULA. You are not required to pay a monthly fee to have access to the servers.
However, a good customer service and customer retention policy would grant some small item/bonus for these interruptions.
Yes, I have been and still am affecting by these interruptions. (PS4 NA server)
There are already lots of ways to level up fast which isn't very hard to do.UltimaJoe777 wrote: »I can't even count how many MMORPGs people have requested THIS sort of compensation in whenever they feel like their time has been wasted. Also the last thing this game needs is a way to level even faster just because of some downtime...
