I think Rkundzelf spiders in the first room are better. I believe it is current winner of different high level grind places, if we compare how long it would take to grind a cp at vr14.

I found a hilariously awesome spot just only an hour ago actually. No real gold to be had, but great exp for the level range it is in.

My secret grinding spot - the bridge between Alessia and Sej. Human mobs respawn in a amazing rate.

But this is for the strong, grind or be grinded.

The zombies in the north of Alik'r by the shipyards are a decent grind zone, they don't spawn uber fast or anything but there's A LOT of them and if you plan a route it work pretty well. Plus they die really easily with good exp.

How about do the quest and then you do Cadwell silver and gold then you at least VR 12
