How long does loot stay?

Just curious as the area i'm grinding is full of bodies and most of the time it's loot from 10 mins ago that i didn't want.
PS4 EU DC

Current CP : 756+

I have every character level 50, both a magicka and stamina version.

RIP my effort to get 5x v16 characters...

    A looooong time. It usually doesn;t affect spawn rates though.
