2 years now and this game still has the eternal loading screens when you log on and/or when you change a graphical setting...haven't you learned to fix this yet? And before you say "update your drivers," everything is up to date.

✭Umm.. official launch was 4/4/2014. That means the game is only 16 months old. Cant be two years.
And.. see your graphics company, for new drivers, not the game maker. Or buy a better graphics card. See if the graphics company even supports ESO. Some dont.Power level to CP160 in a week:
