Cyrodiil DC taking scrolls from chim temple with opening chim gate. Xbox EU.

As the title says. This is a very game breaking glitch. There must be a way into the temple zone with taking the keeps to open the gate. Same with Ghartok as well. This needs fixing asap. This is horribly broken.
