Cannot change campaigns

Okay, so the campaign ended on AS and went to go change my home to Haderus. Had to pay 15,000k ap, but when I went to enter, it wants me to pay another 15,000k. Clicked on that and it tells me I can't change for another 3 days. It took my ap points, but left me in AS. This blows.....Zos please fix thus. My friends and family have gone to Haderus, and I can't even change. Does this have something to do with the can't find server problem right now as I keep getting kicked like so many others and says you need a valid internet connection.
