Playstation 4 log in issues on NA

My ps4 is connected to the internet just fine. I wait for quite some time and then it finally takes me to my character screen. I then try and log on and it kicks me out and says sorry we are unable to connect you to to the server. "Please make sure you have a valid internet connection." I am plugged in using a cable. My ISP is Comcast. Thanks for hearing me out.

Me too, im sitting here at the "Loading..." screen for the last 20 minutes.

I contacted support about this & got response of dont use wifi , download all updates & check port forwarding.

Unable to Connect to Lobby...... This indicates this is SERVER Side, not player issue or Microsoft. Also if you do get in game - if you do anything that requires a map load - ie wayshrines, fast travel, delves - it kicks you as it cant load the map -- This is surely server side!!!!

I got the same horrible response after opening a ticket. Game worked fine yesterday and i have always been hard wired. I'm not contacting my console manufacturer cause this is clearly a ZOS issue

Same issue here. Been trying to log on now for 1 and a half hour and no luck. Reset PS4, and modem. This is getting old really fast.

Still can't play. Can connect to the game every once and a while (requires spamming log in attempts until it works) but as soon as I log in and zone (nothing to do in the zone I logged out in) it immediately disconnects after a loading screen (sometimes with the prompt "this may be an unusually long loading screen") IE, the game is unplayable atm. And has been for the last 6 or so hours.

Rest of my internet is fine, online mp on others games is fine, so it's definitely a zos issue.

Apparently all of their tech support and community reps (do they really even have any?) are off work. Something that should not happen when running an MMO that spans the globe.

I've been having a similar issue on Xbox. I'm able to log in, but as soon as I try to transition to another area (ie. exit the bank that I'm in when I log on), it disconnects.

I was finally able to log in few minutes ago and I realise that the quest chain I was on the
last step with, where I was going to hand in for reward, went in reverse a step.. Cannot go back to where I was either apparently, so it look like I will have to start all over again....

I tried sending a ticket too but apparently even their ticket system is broken.... LOL

Looper is easily one of my favorite movies. If you haven't seen it, watch it.

Been having this problem since early afternoon. Starting to make me angry. I can only load into one character sometimes and anytime I try to go through a door it kicks me out saying it can't connect to the server. My internet is perfect so that's not the issue

I haven't cancelled yet, but if I can't play tomorrow I won't be renewing for this next month. No point in spending money for a month subscription when the game is unplayable for a large chunk of that month
