Bloodthorn Plot & Tormented Soul Glitch

In Betnikh I am experiencing issues with the tormented souls quest. There is one keystone by Morilesi that is cannot be pushed down for whatever reason. I can't even continue investigate Morilesi because I have to activate all 3 keystones. Logging out doesn't help. Help?
