As many as you want ... if that's what you want.
Tenesi Faryon of Telvanni - Dunmer Sorceress who deliberately sought sacrifice into Cold Harbor to rescue her beloved.
Hisa Ni Caemaire - Altmer Sorceress, member of the Order Draconis and Adept of the House of Dibella.
Broken Branch Toothmaul - goblin (for my goblin characters, I use either orsimer or bosmer templates) Templar, member of the Order Draconis and persistently unskilled pickpocket
Mol gro Durga - Orsimer Socerer/Battlemage who died the first time when the Nibenay Valley chapterhouse of the Order Draconis was destroyed, then went back to Cold Harbor to rescue his second/partner who was still captive. He overestimated his resistance to the hopelessness of Oblivion, about to give up, and looked up to see the golden glow of atherius surrounding a beautiful young woman who extended her hand to him and said "I can help you". He carried Fianna Kingsley out of Cold Harbor on his shoulder. He carried Alvard Stower under one arm. He also irritated the Prophet who had intended the portal for only Mol and Lyris.
    ***
Order Draconis - well c'mon there has to be some explanation for all those dragon tattoos.
House of Dibella - If you have ever seen or read "Memoirs of a Geisha" that's just the beginning...
Nibenay Valley Chapterhouse - Where now stands only desolate ground and a dolmen there once was a thriving community supporting one of the major chapterhouses of the Order Draconis

    Depends what mundus I run.

I roughly share it out between divines and reinforced.

The optimal set up for most people is Infused on the large pieces (Chest, Head and Legs) and Divines on the other 4 pieces.

One thing to keep in mind, you really need to improve Divines traited gear to get an appreciable effect.

Enjoy the game, life is what you really want to be worried about.

Would you say at least purple / epic before you start seeing a decent level? And to use infused if you're not going to improve to that level? I.e just for levelling builds etc?

I like to go ALL Divines whenever possible. This way I can really feel the effect of my Mundus choice!

    At least Green.

Now, as for Leveling? Run Training on all your armor pieces. And, run a mix of Light, Medium and Heavy. You really want to level all your armor skills to at least 40, if not 50. The Training Trait can really help with this, especially if you improve it. What you don't want is to hit VR ranks after having run just say, Light Armor, then find out some game mechanic changed and now you need Medium or Heavy and not have any levels. Armor is about the slowest leveling of all the skills in the game, so you want to really avoid grinding it up end game.

There is no inherent benefit to running 5 pieces of one type until you unlock the 5 piece passives later in the armor skills. So, this is why you can get away with running a mix of armors. However, once you do get the 5 piece passive in the main armor type you want to use, then go 5/1/1 and put Training on the single pieces for sure until they are at 40 to 50. Using Training on any of the 5 depends on if your high enough in level.

However, following the above advice, you will be armor level of 50 in the main armor you use way before you hit 50, probably just after you get to Level 30 for your character. Then the single pieces will be hitting 50 before you hit VR Ranks.
