Says that it increases power. Does this increase power of my spells? as i am a sorcerer. Thanks !

No. Right now there isn't a Mundus stone that increases Spell Power. However Update 7 will include a change to the Apprentice stone, which currently increases Spell Penetration, to an overall increase in Spell Power.

It increases your weapon damage (stamina based attacks). I believe you'd be better off with The Mage, which increases your max magicka. The more magicka you have, the higher your staves will hit. Or choose The Apprentice for spell penetration.

The warrior mundus increases weapon power, not spell power.

Actually says it increases "weapon power". In ESO, that means it is restricted to those abilities that consume stamina. If your sorcerer is using magicka abilities, this Mundus will do nothing for you.

NB: It will also increase damage of ultimates, as long as stamina is your highest stat.

I go for The Atronach [Increases Magicka regeneration] and wear some gear with 6.5% Mundus stone buff.
